Information we collect
The RFQ form may collect your name, company, country or region, email, optional WhatsApp or Telegram contact, product, quantity and message. We also record the submission time and selected language. Required fields are needed to submit the form; you can instead contact Peter directly. Please do not include sensitive personal information or payment credentials.
How we use the information
We use inquiry information to reply to quotations, communicate about business requirements, and follow up on orders and procurement. Temporary security records are used to protect the website against abuse.
Storage and service providers
Inquiries are stored in the website database and are available to authenticated administrators. Hosting and database providers process data needed to operate these services. If email notifications are enabled, the mail provider processes a notification to Peter containing the inquiry reference, product, quantity and an admin link; customer contact details and messages are not included in that automatic notification.
Data retention
Retention is assessed according to the status of the inquiry, ongoing procurement or order follow-up, and applicable business record needs. Records no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised through a retention review. There is no fixed automatic deletion period configured on this website. Contact Peter to ask about the retention of a particular inquiry. Backup copies follow the retention cycle of the backup service and may not disappear immediately when an active record is deleted.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Email Peter at dji.drone.supply@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information. Include the inquiry reference if available and enough contact information to locate the record. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information. Please do not send identity documents in the initial message. Peter will review the request, including whether any information is still needed for an ongoing order or applicable record-keeping requirement.
Security and cookies
Administrator access is authenticated, sessions expire and can be revoked, and production connections require encryption. These safeguards reduce risk but no system can guarantee absolute security. The admin area uses an HttpOnly session cookie. Short-lived, keyed hashes of client IP addresses and request counters support abuse prevention; the application does not save raw IP addresses in its inquiry records. Hosting providers may maintain separate operational logs.
External contact services
WhatsApp, Telegram and email links open services outside this website. Their providers handle information under their own policies.
